Our Facility

LifeSpan has been educating infants through school age children since 1985. At LifeSpan, our main goals are to insure your child’s safety and wellbeing, inspire them to learn in our state-of-the-art instructive classrooms and assist working parents with their child care needs. In our age appropriate classrooms, your child will learn and develop socially, physically, intellectually and emotionally.

In January of 2011, LifeSpan School and Day Care opened a new center in East Greenville (formerly located at 145 Main Street) and is conveniently located 5 miles from the Quakertown Turnpike exit. The building is a LEED green certified building. What does it mean to be LEED certified? It means that our building was designed and built utilizing strategies aimed at achieving high performance in key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environment quality. LEED certification is the most recognized global standard for high performance buildings that are efficient, cost-effective and better for occupants and the environment.

Some of our amenities include: iMac computers, a greenhouse for the children to grow plants, a kitchen for children to cook and bake, a spacious playground and bike track.

We are licensed by the Department of Human Services Office of Child Development and Early Learning. We are currently at a STAR 4 recognition with the Keystone STARS program. Our highly qualified teachers hold degrees in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. We offer weekly instruction in Spanish, music and sign language.  Computer Education offers computer classes for the toddler through Kindergarten children. The children also enjoy the SPARK fitness program daily. Through the SPARK program children learn movement activities with an emphasis on healthy lifestyles and lifelong wellness taught through music and stories.

We are open from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Stop in and see for yourself. We will be happy to give you a tour and enrollment information. We are sure you will love our program, facility and staff. We look forward to the opportunity to serve your family.
